A guided walk led by the Southborough Society – the town’s local history group. The walk “Around St Thomas’s” covers the vicinity of the original small Victorian parish, from the fifteenth to the twenty first century, discovering listed buildings, industries now vanished, former educational establishments, homes for all social classes and world wide connections. The walk ends with a cup of tea in one of the listed buildings on the route.
